  Start your busy day in the center of Beijing at Tiananmen Square, before moving into the magnificent Forbidden City. Then proceed to the famous commercial street, Qianmen Street, for a tour.   After breakfast, your journey starts with a visit to the Mutianyu Great Wall (Cable car not included), famed for its stunning scenery and well-preserved Ming Dynasty architecture.   Today is the heart of the river journey. Near Fengjie, you have the option to visit White Emperor City or the panoramic Peak of Gorge (optional). The cruise then sails into the breathtaking majesty of Qutang Gorge, the shortest and most dramatic of the three. After lunch, the vessel navigates the winding beauty of Wu Gorge before transferring to a smaller boat for an intimate exploration of the serene Goddess River. The day culminates with the Captain's Farewell Banquet, a celebration featuring a delightful performance by the crew.

  The final disembarkation is in Yichang. The morning is dedicated to the colossal Three Gorges Dam, the world's largest hydropower project.
